setting From field

Hi,

Can I set the From: field easily in mutt or must I fiddle with sendmail?

I posted a couple of newby messages the other day and I like to thank everyone
who helped so much. Many of my problems seem to be related to using the Redhat 6.2 
rpm. When I get time I will start again with the source tarball. If I learn anything 
that may help others I will post a summary.
