I used to use dotlocking only under Solaris+NFS, and I *never* had
any problem. Now, why is dotlocking disabled in Mutt 1.2.4??? And
why doesn't Mutt warn the user when no locking mechanism is used
(this is *again* currently my case, and I didn't know that until
now)???
