Also, set alternates ([EMAIL PROTECTED])|([EMAIL PROTECTED]) [or set alternates
foo@(bar|baz).com] <am too sleepy and typing from memory - check the
syntax] :)

If you are using newer mutts (1.2 etc) then put

set hostname=your-isp.com
set envelope_from

or, in older mutts put

set sendmail="/path/to/sendmail -t -oi -oem -f [EMAIL PROTECTED]"
