I found some hits on "pkspxy" referring to Debian pkspxy:

"PGP Public Key Server Proxy Daemon Description: This package..."

I'm on a Redhat 6.1 Linux system with Mutt 1.2i - and I
*didn't* find the same package on Redhat's site. Where can
I find that package, and where can I find some documentation
on what it does and how to use it?

TIA.
