receive-hook?

I can't figure out how to set some variables (i.e. my_hdr From
and Organization or .signature) upon the address I have received
the e-mail from.
   send-hook '~t bonkey@work' 'set signature=".sig_work"'
   send-hook '~t bonkey@home' 'set signature=".sig_home"'
obviously doesn't work
