What you can do is
mutt -f '{imap.server.name}mail/debian' (note the single quotes)
and in your .muttrc set the imap_user and imap_password options (or enter
them manually when you login).

Put this in your .muttrc -
folder-hook . "push \"l!(~s 'FOLDER INTERNAL DATA')\n*\""
There is only _one_ problem - you'd better define _all_ the mailboxes you
use if you use procmail on your imap folders, or you'll keep getting error
messages about "mailbox size shrank to zero" :)
