send-hooks are executed (or, matched against) whenever you're sending a
message.  Either a new message or a reply.  All send-hooks are
evaluated (matched against), in order.  You can execute arbitrary Mutt
commands with send-hooks.

fcc-hooks are used to determine into which folder the Fcc of an outgoing
message is saved, if any.  Only the first matching fcc-hook is used.
The only thing you can do with a fcc-hook is to specify a folder.
