I have worked out what is required to use mutt with tin, at least for
the 'interactive' mode, in tinrc you need:-
default_mailer_format=mutt -s "%S" -i %F "%T"
*and*
use_mailreader_i=ON
This is actually exactly the same set up as is given for using elm
interactively in tin, I hadn't realised that the elm '-i' parameter is
the same as mutt's '-i' parameter.
This set up allows you to change the subject and the destination in
mutt.
