        Actually, this should come with your distribution of mutt, in the 
contrib/ directory, of the source tree. When installed (assuming /usr/local is 
the prefix), they should reside in /usr/local/doc/mutt. I do not know where 
they are, with precompiled binaries, since I compile my own, but check in your 
dist of mutt. they should be there.
