In all the menus I have <home> bound to 'first-entry' and <end> bound to
'last-entry'. But these keys do not work in any menus. All other keys are
working as expected.
I am using gnome-terminal.

How do I fix this? IIRC, somebody had the same problem in aterm or
eterm(I am not sure). Was it fixed?
