Did you read the manual?  It includes info about a lot of things,
including these. :-)

Look in the manual for the variables $realname, $hostname and
$hidden_host.  If you desire more control over your From: header than
you get with those, you can always use

  my_hdr From: You <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

(or, in the future 1.2 version of Mutt, you can also set the $from
variable.)
