You're absolutely right. Actually a nice new browser interface was
discussed a while ago on mutt-dev, but it hasn't been built yet. I'm
still playing with some fairly deep changes to the IMAP command
system, and my source tree is pretty divergent from the master
tree. So I haven't been doing any but the most trivial of code changes
until I've got my version of the source stable and ready for the rest
of mutt-dev to look at...
