No. But your MTA may have such a function.

I would put a line like

198.203.127.3 cpsboe.k12.oh.us

in my local /etc/hosts file (or ask the system administrator to
do it). Many systems search this file before trying a DNS lookup,
but it is a matter of configuration and it is system dependent.
