Maybe there should be an operator which will match all messages, hidden
or not?  Since ~A is all, it could be ~a (but this is a bit
un-intuitive, ~a should be "all visible" and ~A "all, visible and
non-visible".  Maybe ~H for "hidden" would be a better choice...
Or possibly just make a ~H operator that will match only hidden
messages, so that ~A ~H will match everything?
