I seem to recall a utility to convert from PST to Netscape Mail format,
and then getting it out of netscape is easy.
And if he's really using LookOut! instead of the express version, you can
use mutt's IMAP capabilities to connect to the exchange server and save
to local files (in your choice of mailbox format, even! :-) to your
heart's content. If you have any messages stored in local PST files,
just use LookOut! to save them back up on the server and then pull 'em
down with mutt.
