That list is apparently setting a reply-to header that points back to the
list. Mutt detects this and gives you the option of ignoring it. You can
change this behaviour... see the manual for details.

These lists do not set a reply-to header (and good for them).
Anyway, when you define lists in Mutt, you can then always use list-reply
(bound to 'L' by default) to reply to the list, leaving reply ('r') to
reply to just the sender. Rather nifty.
