I'm not sure what you mean "can't send with it" -- do you mean you can't
send emails with it? If so, do you have a working sendmail or other mail
transport agent on your computer (qmail, exim, postfix, etc.)? This is
required by Mutt, it does not deliver emails over SMTP like some other
MUAs do. If you don't have sendmail and want something simple just for
Mutt to relay all your emails to a "smart host" mail server, you can use
sstmp. A link to that should be in the Links section on the Mutt home
page.
If the above is the problem you're having, then it has nothing to do
with the Pine change-headers options or respective features in Mutt.
