Quite often I need to save a message in a mailbox whose existence I am
not certain about. I thus use the '?' in response to the request for
the mailbox name. This is OK if the mailbox I want to save to *does*
exist as the directory browser allows me to navigate to the right
directory and I can then select the mailbox. However there is a
problem (or I don't know the right command) if the mailbox *doesn't*
exist. I have navigated down a couple of levels and see the mailbox I
want to save to doesn't yet exist, how can I say "save the message in
this directory with a new mailbox name 'xxxx'"?
