where to get pgpewrap?

hi,

In the gpg.rc that came with mutt it referred to a script pgpewrap script.
# create a pgp/mime encrypted attachment
set pgp_encrypt_only_command="pgpewrap gpg-2comp -v --batch -o - --encrypt --textmode 
--armor --always-trust -- -r %r -- %f"

Where do I get this from?
