Yes. It comes from several places... the hostname comes from
/etc/resolv.conf, unless overridden by $hostname. $hidden_host comes into
play, as do $alternates and $reverse_name.

If you just want this to be true for all your mails, use
my_hdr From: John Poltorak <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
in your .muttrc. If you want something more specific, Mutt can probably do
it -- RTFM or ask the question in more detail or RTFM.
