What you're asking is if Mutt has builtin MTA capabilities to deliver your
mail to another machine for you. It doesn't. If you need this, you should
install an MTA. sSMTP is a minimal one that basically just forwards mail
on to another mailhub that you specify, you can get it from
ftp://metalab.unc.edu/pub/Linux/system/mail/mta/
