Hello,
I have some problems sending mail with mutt.
My setup is : Internet ---(dialup)--- Linux gateway ------ LAN
The gateway is mail server for the LAN with sendmail 8.9.3 and
fetchmail. mutt adds a personal "From:" header like the one this message has.
When working on one of the LAN PCs (usually Win NT) everything
works fine. But when working on the gateway sending mail to
somewhere outside the LAN doesn't work. The mails are relayed by
sendmail to our smarthost and then nothing. They just don't
arrive, but I don't get any error messages.
This happens when working as root.
Anyone an idea ?
