Would it be possible to include this as a configuration directive when
building mutt? 

I've run into a problem with our site, where lots of people use Mutt... but
despite my configuration of MASQUERADE_AS() in the sendmail configuration,
our localhost kept getting out... and I figured out why.  I placed hidden_host
into the system Muttrc, so that should take care of it.

Not a big deal, but I'm curious if anyone else has run across this one.
