Just a few stabs... are you sure you're using the right value for the
sendmail variable in Mutt? Are you sure qmail is working correctly with
other mailers? What happens if you use an echo command for the sendmail
variable to check what is being sent to the MTA?
Also, your subject says "mutt will send but not receive", but your stated
problem is entirely about sending... did you word one of the two wrong, or
are you forgetting to mention something?
