Didn't see a reply on this, so i give it a try. What is editor do you
have set in your .muttrc to compose your messages with? I think you
should look in the manuals for that editor in order to be able to use
colors.
I use Vim and setting up syntax files took me some time and energy, but
it is working now. Everything is has color now, also the composer.
