Correct me if I'm wrong guys, but I believe this allows you to forward mail
unencrypted (kind of like the variable says). I.e. If I email you an
encrypted message and you want to forward it to someone who doesn't have PGP,
and/or to someone that the message was not encrypted to, you can set this
variable and it will allow you to forward in plaintext.

Not that I'm aware of. You could pre-process it with procmail (presumeably)
or do it from within your editor, but those are the only ways I'm aware of.
