Me too, but this brings up two interesting questions. First of all,
what's the difference between:
set hdr_format="foo"
and
folder-hook . set 'index_format="foo"'
Second, is there a listing of all the different variables that can be
appear in foo, for each of the different *_format statements (status,
pager, hdr)?
I can figure out most of them from the couple example rc files I've
seen, but there might be some cool function that I need and don't even
know about yet! ;)
