Only problem I have with that mailbox is that I don't have 70M on /tmp,
so mutt refuses to actually delete anything from it (since it can't make
a temporary copy while deleting).

It's also a bit slow to enter it.

Other than performance issues and the size of /tmp, no, mutt's got no
problems with huge mailboxes.
