Let Mutt know of your different addresses by setting the 'alternates' variable
in your .muttrc:
set alternates = ([EMAIL PROTECTED] |name2@domain2|name3@domain3)..
Then set reverse_name to have the From: header set according to the address
the mail was sent to.
