About the behaviour of "confirmappend","confirmcreate".
What if 2 new commands are created:
"confirmmaildirappend", "confirmmaildircreate".
If anyone has been using elm-me, will know them:
Files in the ~/Mail (maildir) directory obey to the
new commands, all other files to the former.
The idea is, that maybe someone wants to append with no question
in the mail dir, but not in other directories. Also, he may want
to create a file in any directory, but not in the mail directory.
