I use procmail, too.

This is part of my .xbuffy-file:
box /home/fsing/stse/Mail/mutt-users
title Mutt
newMode
beep
command /usr/bin/X11/xterm -geometry 84x24 -bg black -fg white \
-fn 9x15 -T Mutt -e mutt -f /home/fsing/stse/Mail/mutt-users
