The problem described in my last mail still exist and I also still
believe that this is a bug which could be fixed, but I found a
work-around at "Mutt stuff on Hagbard's World": In Hagbard's .muttrc
(http://www.acemake.com/hagbard/muttrc/muttrc.html) I found the
following lines:
folder-hook . source ~/.mutt/defaults
folder-hook "!$" source ~/.mutt/defaults.inbox
folder-hook =history$ source ~/.mutt/defaults.history
.
:
The idea is to put the set command, which causes the problems, in some
other file and to source this file via folder-hook. This works fine
in my case with one exception, which may be also a bug:
When being in the folder =-ct and continuing a postponed message, the
index of the =postponed is not affected by "folder-hook . [command]"
-- in my case the style of the index as defined in $index_format --
but IMHO it should.
