The same problem happens with QP encoded subjects and
reply_regexp. When you get mail from a french Lotus Notes gateway, the
reply_mark is 'Réf. :' since encoding can happen for this only mark or
for the whole subject, it is imposiible to make reply_regexp catch
it. And since those gateways do not set In-Reply-To nor References
headers, threads end up appart.
