I just found out the hard way that mutt doesn't save a copy
of outgoing mail if the mailbox which is given as
Fcc=
is locked by something else (vi in this case).
mutt displays error messages:
Waiting for fcntl lock...
but after counting down, the mail isn't saved (anywhere?)
and mutt exits (if just called to send one mail).
It would be nice if mutt keeps a copy around (the temp file?)
and tells me how to retrieve it (or where it has been stored),
so I don't lose the mail...

Or do I overlook something?
