question: is there a setting that changes the context of the index
pager to do something emacs like when you move off the bottom/top to
repaint the next screen with the current-e-mail in the middle of the
screen rather than first/last line?
for the pager there is:
set pager_context=<num>
This only seems to work in the e-mail internal pager, not in
the index. I was thinking of doing this haque if none exists.
