Te message ID header I belive is added by the MTA (not the MUA) and
there should not really be a need to change it.
I would like to know, though, if there is a danger in deleting the
Message-ID header. Someone who sends me mail has a broken MTA and all of
his messages have the Message-ID which really messes with threading. By
deleting the Message-ID I can get mutt to thread on subject.
