'cept people still using things like Elm that don't do MIME well at all
(even with metamail).
I'd love a decent text/enriched editor. (Or, better, a way to abuse vi
into doing it. :)) Most mail programs (even the usually broken
'LookOut, Express!') seem to handle it. (Though Mutt handles it
better.) I'm just too lazy to type it as needed.

Probably due to the lack of 'need', since there's not a good way to
create the content. :/
