Hi Everyone,After I get the pager search fix committed, I think it's about time to get going on a 2.4.0 release.
After announcing a freeze, I usually give a couple weeks for the translators to update their po files. In the past it's always just been me, so I would simply refrain from committing anything except major bug fixes, typos, etc, during the freeze period. (I'd mostly work on the release notes in my spare time)
However, there are more people now. So instead, as needed I'll make commits to the future/2.5.0 branch until after 2.4.0 is released. Then after the release, I'll rebase and merge future/2.5.0 into master, and we'll continue in master.
How about if we plan a freeze last next week, on 5/29. Give the translators until 6/12, and I'll release the weekend of 6/12-6/14. Does that sound good?
