Fortunately most people do not use it. In my mail archives, I can see
only one message with "Sv:" in the subject, and one can see a start
of accumulation of prefixes:

  Subject: Sv: Re: Motion 31: V04.2 Revision of proposed Level 1 text

and that was in an international mailing-list (note that there were
no replies to this message).
