If you are using IMAP, then yes. Although I'm embarrassed to say it was because of a performance regression I accidentally introduced in the 1.13 series. :-/
I would have released a fix for 1.13, but didn't realize the regression until a ticket submitted last week. (It turns out I had already fixed the problem during 1.14 development as part of fixing a bigger problem.)
