 Okay, I will back out 02ff4277259e.

 tpikonen: this means that the refresh issue should be fixed, but you will
 still need to set GPG_TTY: either in your .bashrc/.zshrc or in your mutt
 invocation.  Vincent is right that if you are using the ncurses pinentry
 for msmtp and other programs you probably want to have it set anyway.

 Vincent, I will put on my todo list to tighten the GPG_TTY environment
 variable setting.  Also, just to note that mutt does not overwrite an
 existing value of GPG_TTY, it passes 0 as the third parameter (overwrite).

 I'm going to leave 915ba3928d49 for now, until I'm really convinced we
 don't need the setenv.
