Thank you for the detailed reply.
So for case 1, you type "c", then type "?" to get the directory listing.
Then you hit "Tab" to get your mailbox list. Is that right?
Then, in your mailbox list, the folders for the "spoolfile account" look
like "=folder1", etc. What do the folders look like for "Account 2"? Do
they have the full "imaps://..." listed for each folder?
