Overall this week has gone pretty well, so I'm going to stick with the original schedule. Let's start a translation freeze on Monday 2/13. I will plan on doing the release on Friday 2/24.
I'm going to look a bit more at the OpenSSL issue isdtor reported. If I can't figure anything out, my plan is to back out https://dev.mutt.org/hg/mutt/rev/b985c324932b. In case it hasn't been obvious, OpenSSL and certs aren't my strong point - b985c324932b looked to me like a clean change that was an obvious improvement.
