This is because '#' is already bound to <break-thread>, right?  I think
the documentation is pretty clear that it is just creating a macro.

However, the problem is that the macro is created in the GENERIC map, so
even if you unbind # from the index, it still won't find the macro.

It's easy to add it to the MENU_MAIN instead.  Do you think it should
also be added to the pager?
