#3842: Missing top blank line in Compose menu

For years, the Compose menu started with a blank line (before the first
header line: the "From:" line). This is no longer the case with tip, and I
think that its removal hasn't been done on purpose. IMHO, the blank line
improved readability; it also gave an indication that the screen wasn't
scrolled (when the terminal has buffered lines).
