#3598: move question asked in Czech but response expected in English -----------------------+---------------------------- Reporter: navratil | Owner: mutt-dev Type: defect | Status: infoneeded_new Priority: trivial | Milestone: 1.6 Component: mutt | Version: 1.5.21 Resolution: | Keywords: language -----------------------+----------------------------
Comment (by kevin8t8): As Thomas Roessler noted in ticket #814, this is probably due to the check for YESEXPR and NOEXPR starting with caret, which was added in changeset:52ee1788cddf. This was apparently in response to someone having a non-empty but otherwise garbage value in there. See https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mailing.unix.mutt-dev/A9-nA3a1tzU and https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mailing.unix.mutt- dev/NekvNcxoqQg Unless we can find out the value of the poster's yesexpr, I am reluctant to remove the caret check, as it seems to have worked pretty well the past 15 years. navratil, would you please tell us the output of running "locale -ck yesexpr" on your system? I know this bug is pretty old, but if I don't hear back, I'm going to close this and #814. -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.mutt.org/trac/ticket/3598#comment:4> Mutt <http://www.mutt.org/> The Mutt mail user agent
