Does deleting your certificates file fix the problem? I had an issue like
this where our certificate expired and I got prompted every time; hitting
'a' became a habit. When the certificate was finally renewed, I continued to
get prompted until I cleared out the hundreds of old copies of the expired
certificate in my certificates file.
