This patch seems much shorter than I'd expect for what would seem to be a major enhancement. I'm also only seeing changes to a single file, commands.c. Is this missing changes to other files? If I apply it and attempt to compile I get a number of errors about OPTIMAPPARTIALFETCH not being declared and about too many arguments to mutt_parse_mime_message and mx_open_message.
