RFC 3464 defines a number of enhancements to bounces that are available
only partially through sendmail(1). This includes per-recipient
notification settings for messages with multiple recipients, which are
wholly unexposed via sendmail(1) and can only be used when the MUA speaks
SMTP itself.
It'd be nice if this additional functionality could be used with mutt.
