Builds fine but when opening PGP-encrypted/signed message (I mean
 choosing such
from list and pressing enter), mutt displays:

error creating gpgme context: Not operational?

 and then exits.

 From NEWS file of app-crypt/gpgme-1.2.0:

  * gpgme_new will fail if gpgme_check_version was not called, or a
selftest failed (for example, if -mms-bitfields was not used on
    MingW32 targets).

Comment:

Confirmed. When I use 'set crypt_use_gpgme' and try to sign a message I
 get this error.
